The South King's Tomb Museum

The South King's Tomb Museum has a total area of 14,000 square meters, concentrating on the ancient tomb. Now the South King's Tomb Museum has been elected one of the most famous 80 museums in the world. Over 1,000 pieces of cultural relics have been unearthed, including 15 persons who were buried alive with the dead. Bronze ware and pottery are the most representative ones. This tomb is the earliest, largest tomb with the most abundant funerary objects of early Han Dynasty, discovered in the south of the Five Ridges. It is also the only one made of stone and decorated with murals.

Cantonese Folk Art Museum

Cantonese Folk Art Museum is a museum of art collecting, preserving, researching, and exhibiting all kinds of folk art and crafts from Guangdong region in successive dynasties. The museum has a total area of 6,400 square meters, composed of 19 buildings including several Siheyuan. The reason for Chen Jia Temple to become Cantonese Folk Art Museum is "Three Carvings, Three Sculptures, One Casting". "Three Carvings" refers to stone carving, brick carving, and woodcarving. "Three Sculptures" refer to color sculpture, ash sculpture and pottery sculpture. "One Casting" refers to cast-iron crafts. Tourists could find all these characteristics everywhere in Chen Jia Temple. Chen Jia Temple, possessing sixteen thousand pieces of collections, has ten exhibition halls. The main exhibits are ceramics, carvings, embroidery and other crafts.

Guangzhou Museum
Located in Zhenhai Tower of Yuexiu Park, Guangzhou Museum is a specialized department that collects cultural relics and materials of Guangzhou region, holds exhibitions, and organizes scientific research. Guangzhou Museum has more than 1,200 precious relics and historical literature, which reflect the history of over 4,000 years of Guangzhou. In the 1st floor are the geographic model and sketch map of old Guangzhou city; in the 2nd floor are cultural relics of New Stone Age, Qin, Han dynasties, and Times of the Three Kingdom, the Eastern and Western Jin Dynasties, the Northern and Southern Dynasties; in the 3rd floor are cultural relics of Sui, Tang, Song, Yuan, Ming, Qing Dynasties; in the 4th floor are mostly cultural relics of Qing Dynasty; in the 5th floor are historical materials of modern times.

Zhongshan Memorial Hall
Zhongshan Memorial Hall was built by Guangzhou People and overseas Chinese to commemorate Sun Yat-sen. Located at the former site of President Official Residence in the period of Xinhai Revolution, it was designed by Chinese famous architect Lu Zhi. The construction was started in 1929 and finished in 1931. The Hall is an octagonal palace with traditional Chinese features. It is regarded as a classical work of Chinese traditional construction. The whole garden covers an area of 60,000 square metres, and Sun Yat-sen's bronze statue is standing in front of the Hall, surrounded by ancient trees. Now the Hall has become an important place to commemorate Sun Yat-sen.
